IS A RESERVATION ON THE WEBSITE ENOUGH?
Yes. After making a reservation for your chosen period, we receive your order confirmation document, which ensures the reservation of your desired car.
HOW CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?
For discounts, please contact the company administration personally via email: info@sofina.lt or through the phone numbers listed on our website. Each discount is negotiated individually, taking into account the client's loyalty and the rental contract duration.
WHERE TO TURN IF THE RENTED CAR BREAKS DOWN?
The contact details provided on our website are available 24/7. If you notice even the slightest malfunction, please contact our representative immediately. If the malfunction interferes with further vehicle operation, you will be provided with another vehicle of the same or higher class.
ARE THERE PENALTIES IF THE VEHICLE DRIVER IS STOPPED DRUNK?
Yes. A fine of 1500 EUR is applied, as stated in the car rental agreement.
IS THERE A RESERVATION FEE?
When booking a car, no reservation fee is applied.
WHAT GUARANTEES ARE PROVIDED THAT I WILL RECEIVE THE EXACT CAR I SELECTED AFTER MAKING A RESERVATION?
One of our company's core values is honesty towards the client, which is why we provide a 99% guarantee that we will deliver the exact car you ordered. We reserve the remaining 1% for cases where a vehicle's technical malfunction requires major and lengthy repairs. In such cases, we commit to providing you with another vehicle of the same class or a higher class for the previously agreed price. In any case, all these matters will be agreed upon with you in advance.
WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS?
Payment can be made by card, in cash, or via bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer, the payment must be made before picking up the car.
IS DELIVERY TO OTHER CITIES POSSIBLE?
Car delivery within Vilnius and its surroundings is free of charge. For other cities, delivery is available after agreeing on the delivery price in advance.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO DRIVE THE RENTED CAR OUTSIDE THE BORDERS OF LITHUANIA?
It is possible to rent a car with permission to drive outside the Republic of Lithuania. For such bookings, the daily rate is determined individually for each case. When driving outside the borders of Lithuania, the number of days and the planned mileage throughout the rental period are evaluated.
WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF A ROAD ACCIDENT?
In the event of a traffic accident, if the responsible party agrees with the fault, it is essential to correctly fill out the traffic accident declaration. If you are unsure about the fault, it is necessary to call the police. If the declaration is filled out incorrectly or if the police were not called when needed, the renter will be responsible for covering all damages. Additionally, it is necessary to immediately inform the rental company about the accident.

IN WHAT CASES IS THE DEPOSIT LOST?
A deposit is required, and the amount of the deposit depends on the driver's experience. Cases of deposit loss:

IS THE CASCO INSURANCE INCLUDED IN THE CAR RENTAL PRICE?
The rental price includes CASCO insurance with a €300 or €500 deductible. It is possible to choose a rental with zero liability for an additional fee when making a reservation.
